Over 40 years leading transformation across Cognizant, Tieto, HCL, Nokia, and AXA Tech. I’ve led a €320M shared-services restructuring, turned hostile customer relationships into partnerships, and stabilised organisations in crisis — and, quieter but truer, grown people from team leads into managers and watched colleagues follow me from one company to the next.

What I do best isn’t inventing something clever. It’s reading people and organisations accurately — often before they’ve said the real thing out loud — and building the system that lets them change and flourish.
