What Data I Collect
When you use the contact form on this website, I collect the information you voluntarily provide: your name, email address, and the content of your message. I do not collect any other personal data about visitors to this site through the contact form.
This website uses cookies set by WordPress for basic functionality, and Jetpack Stats, a privacy-conscious analytics tool, to understand how visitors use the site (for example, page views, referring pages, and general browser/device information). Jetpack Stats avoids collecting personally identifiable information where possible and is not used for advertising. A cookie consent banner lets you accept or decline non-essential cookies, including analytics, before they are set.
How I Use Your Data
Information submitted via the contact form is used solely to respond to your inquiry. It is not used for marketing, not shared with third parties, and not sold under any circumstances. Aggregate analytics data from Jetpack Stats is used only to understand and improve the site; it is not used for advertising and is not sold.
Legal Basis
Processing is based on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) when you voluntarily submit the contact form or accept analytics cookies via the consent banner, and on legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) to the extent necessary to respond to business inquiries.
Data Retention
Contact form messages are retained only as long as necessary to handle your inquiry and any follow-up. You can request deletion at any time by emailing martin@bilboconsult.com.
Your Rights

Data Transfers
This website is hosted on servers within the EU/EEA. Analytics data collected via Jetpack Stats may be processed by Automattic Inc. in the United States; this transfer is covered by Standard Contractual Clauses included in Jetpack’s Data Processing Agreement. No other personal data is transferred to third countries.
