How I help leadership teams

Ways I work

Every engagement is shaped to the situation, and taken only where the setup keeps it survivable — with a partner structure or a bounded mandate. Not a fixed menu.

01

Transformation and crisis leadership

Politically charged, multi-stakeholder situations — restructurings, turnarounds, hostile customer relationships, multi-vendor tensions. I bring courage where it’s needed and structured thinking to make the complexity manageable.

02

Capability building

I don’t just deliver — I build organisational muscle that survives my departure. Governance structures, transition capabilities, communities of practice, created through people, not mandates.

03

AI governance and EU AI Act readiness

When the real problem isn’t the technology but the decisions around it — accountability, risk appetite, governance that keeps pace with change. One way I help, when it’s the right fit.

Packaged offers and pricing are deliberately not published yet — engagements are scoped to fit. Reach out and we’ll shape the right one together.

How an engagement starts

Three conversations, then a decision

  1. Tell me what’s happening

A first conversation about the situation as it really is — not the slide version. No preparation needed.

  2. Read the room together

I’ll tell you plainly what I see, what I’d do, and whether I’m the right person for it. If I’m not, I’ll say so.

  3. Shape a bounded mandate

Scope, partner structure and exit criteria agreed up front — so the result survives my leaving.

  4. The decision

We go ahead together, or I tell you who would serve you better.

Got a change that’s going sideways?

Tell me what’s happening. We’ll work out whether I’m the right person in the room.
